Reversible strollers have become increasingly popular in recent years. They allow greater flexibility for parents and tend to work well with a wider age range of babies.
Some reversible strollers have a seat release mechanism, so you remove the whole seat from the stroller frame to switch from forward-facing to rear-facing. With other reversible strollers, you simply rotate the seat on top of the stroller frame. A few reversble strollers have a seat that remains stationary while the stroller handle pivots back and forth to be pushed from near baby's head or feet.
