New Hampshire Child Safety Seat and Seat Belt Laws

New Hampshire state law requires that children under age 6 or under 55" tall be restrained in a federally approved car seat or booster seat that is appropriate for the child's age and weight. The law in New Hampshire further requires that all children under age 18 must wear a properly fastened seat belt.
