Affected models are: 5500DRM, 5500WDS, 5500FEL, 5501FEL, 5502MON, 5520PRO, 5550HAN, 5700MAN and 5750MIR. You can find the model number on a sticker on one of the play yard legs. Healthtex Pacifiers
Apr. 7, 2009 - About 40,000 Healthtex Zoo pacifiers are recalled because the nipple can separate from the base easily, posing a choking hazard. These pacifiers do not meet federal safety standards. The pacifiers have "Mi Tosoro" printed on the package and have animal cartoon characters as handles. They were sold in supermarkets and pharmacies from Dec. 2002 through Mar. 2009. SunKids Convertible Cribs
Apr. 2, 2009 - About 1,900 SunKids convertible cribs are recalled because sides of the crib are made of mesh that expands, creating a gap between the side and the crib’s mattress if it’s not zipped into place, or a gap between the side and an added mattress. Babies can slip into the gap and become entrapped or suffocate. The crib's drop side can also fail to fully latch, posing a fall hazard. Fisher Price 3-in-1 High Chairs
Mar. 24, 2009 - About 24,000 Fisher Price 3-in-1 High Chair to Boosters are recalled because the child can fall backwards from the high chair frame if the booster seat latch is released while the child is in the seat. Also, the seat back can detach if it's not fully snapped into place, posing a risk of falls. One child fell and received a skull fracture as a result of the seat back detaching. These high chairs were sold at Target for about $100. The model number, P5369, is printed on the side of the seat and on a label on the seat pad. State Farm Good Neigh Bears
Mar. 17, 2009 - About 800,000 State Farm Good Neigh Bears are recalled because the eyes can detach, posing a choking hazard. Another 27,000 of these bears are recalled in Canada. Brown plush bears with white and red State Farm t-shirts, in 11-inch and 18-inch models, are recalled. The bears were given away through State Farm agents and at State Farm-sponsored events from Sept. 2005 to Mar. 2007. Stop using the bears and discard them.
