Definition: A potty training chair is a toddler-size potty that can be a very simple shaped bowl, a bench with a seat and lid or an elaborate chair with armrests and a moving toilet seat. Some potty training chairs have themes such as cartoon characters or royalty (princess throne). Many larger potty training chairs have a removable bowl so that parents can easily empty messes into the larger toilet for cleanup. Some potty training chairs are made to turn into a step-stool or bench when potty training is done.
