Q. What is a Wet Bag?

From Sally Tusa, for About.com

A. When you're out on the town and your little one needs to be changed, you could stick his soiled cloth diapers in a plastic bag in order to bring them home for washing, but the more environmentally sound choice is a wet bag. Tuck one of these waterproof sacks into your diaper bag and you're ready to hit the road. Starting at around $10, wet bags come in a range of sizes as well as myriad outer fabrics and colors. Some moms suggest dabbing a bit of aromatic oil inside your wet bag to combat odor until you can get to the washing machine. Bonus: Once your kids are past the diaper stage, you can use a wet bag to tote damp swimsuits after a day at the beach or pool.
