Step2 Riding Toys Recall

More than 15,000 Step2 XRider Car riding toys are recalled because of a fall hazard. A child sitting on the toy can lean too far forward on the seat and can go over the handle bar, hitting the ground. Four injury incidents were reported, including a concussion and cuts to the gums and lips.

The XRider Car is made of yellow and red plastic and has black plastic wheels. These cars were sold at Target and other toy retailers from January to August 2012. If you own one of these recalled toys, stop using it immediately. Contact Step2 at 866-860-1887 or step2.com to receive a replacement toy.
