It's illegal in the U.S. to resell a recalled consumer product. However, due to improper disposal, some recalled baby products originally sold at Meijer stores could be for sale after the recall date. The products could be available at discount retailers, dollar stores, liquidation firms, flea markets or thrift stores.
If you purchased one of the following baby products after the recall date, visit CPSC.gov to learn how to contact the recalling firm for a replacement or repair.
Infantino SlingRider baby slings (recalled Mar. 24, 2010), Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Kick n Crawl Aquarium (recalled Sept. 30, 2010), Fisher Price Wheelies Stand n Play Rampway (recalled Sept. 30, 2010), Barbie Tough Trikes (recalled Sept. 30, 2010), Kawasaki Tough Trikes (recalled Sept. 30, 2010), Munchkin Bath Tub Subs (recalled Oct. 18, 2010) and Sassy Refreshing Rings Teethers (recalled Jan. 31, 2011).
