Playtex Offers BPA-Free Bottle Samples

Playtex announced recently that the company will offer a sample of their BPA-free Drop-Ins Original Nurser bottle system to parents who sign up for the sample on the Playtex Baby website. In a news release, the company noted that a large percentage of their baby feeding and soothing products are already BPA-free. Gary Cohen, vice president and general manager of the Playtex, Energizer Personal Care Division, said in the release that the company would stop using BPA in the remainder of their baby products this year.

I dont see where to sign up for free bottle? I thought I did once but never did get one now I cant figure out where to do it again
could not figure out why I never received mine and now I cant figure out how to sign up again

just recieved mine the other day!
I signed up for bottles in Jan. 2009 and I still have not recieved anything… Does anyone know when they are suppose to come in.
The sample does come. Sent away for min in January, and just got it today

The offer only says one sample per househould, but they made a mistake and sent me 3! not that I am complaining.
