Organic baby foods are a fast-growing segment of the prepared baby food market. Many parents today are choosing to feed their babies organic foods, even if the parents don't eat organics regularly themselves. If you're thinking about using organic baby foods to give your baby the first tastes of solid food, here are some of the most popular parent- and baby-tested organic baby food brands.

Hello,
I always feed my child organic foods because of course naturally you want whats best for your little one. I also use organic products because I have found that my daughter has a lot of reactions to certain things and the organic stuff really works.
Great article!

I agree that organic foods are important but maybe you could update your article if you know of any other resources for those of us in red states.
I live in Oklahoma and in this unfortunate pit of a state organic is a foreign term. The cubes that you mention ended their online sales. Target carried a few of the happy baby for 2 months and then stopped because noone would buy them but me. Earth’s best does have online sales but some worry about that as it is jarred and thus will be packaged with some bisphenol-A. I couldn’t even make my own food if I had time as you cant buy organic produce either (well you can buy one rotten bell pepper for 3 bucks but that’s about it.)
Thanks for the info.
Hope this makes those of you that live elsewhere realize how lucky you are….
Actually Jessica glass jars are better then plastic which contains the bisphenol-A. So feel free to buy organics in glass containers!!
how about some of the smaller brands, I have noticed a few some of the smaller stores. One that i have tried and seem to like is Taste bud, http://www.tastebudbaby.com
I know there are others out there, I tend to not trust the larger corporations to provide an honest product
There’s an organic baby food brand called , Fifibear’s that is really good. My son , who is the most finicky kid ever, eats Fifibear’s. It’s in the frozen section of Whole Foods… His fave is Provence Chicken and the Ratatouille.
In the UK the best organic brands are Organix, Ella’s Kitchen and Plum Baby. Organix are particularly good for finger foods and healthy snacks. You can browse and buy them all plus frozen organic baby food at the
Hello everyone,
Baby health is so important – we all want to avoid chemicals in our food, milk and our household while being pregnant. It is very important. There are alot of chemicals in skincare today, and pregnant women should only use chemical free or Organic face creams.
Your skin is an organ – that you are sharing with your unborn child. Any chemicals applied to your skin will feed the growth of your child. And please do your research on the internet regarding chemicals in skin care products.
My personal recommendation, is the Made from Earth product line. They are completely chemical free and organic, and their products have a shelf life of 6 months, because they are not presevred with chemicals, but they do use quality ingredients. I used their 3 Berry Face Serum while I was pregnant, and its a great face cream I highly recommend.
Best of luck to everyone!
Good article … could create insight yaa ..
