First Birthday Party Hats Recalled

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recently announced a recall of more than 40,000 first birthday party hats by Creative Expressions because the foil fringe trim around the bottom can detach from the hat. If a baby chews on the detached fringe, choking could result. If you have these recalled party hats in your home, throw them away and contact Creative Expressions at 800-428-5017 for a refund.
