Simplicity Nursery-in-a-Box Cribs Recalled
Wednesday June 6, 2007
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recently announced a new recall of Simplicity cribs that were sold as part of the Nursery-in-a-Box series. The instructions included with the cribs were not clear enough, and could allow parents to install the drop side incorrectly. If the drop side is installed incorrectly, it could disengage, causing injuries. You can download new instructions at www.simplicityforchildren.com and then check to make sure that your crib's drop side is installed correctly.

This is some great information. I would think the manufacture Simplicity cribs will do its best to get this information out to its consumer and distribution networks in a timely manner in order to minimize the risk of injury. It’s important to educate the consumer as soon as possible when something like this occurs. Thanks for sharing this information!
