Have you been invited to a Baby-Tenda seminar? The U.S. Department of Justice is asking parents who have attended Baby-Tenda seminars for help in an investigation. A suit filed by the USDOJ last year alleges that some Baby-Tenda distributors falsely claim that government agencies, such as the CPSC, endorse or co-sponsor company sales seminars.
