Walmart to Offer New Organic Baby Products

Friday April 14, 2006
More parents are seeking out organic baby products for their little ones, and Walmart is stepping up the effort to provide such organically produced items for their smallest customers. The company announced in a press release last week that it would soon offer Parents Choice Organic Infant Formula and George Baby organic cotton clothing in addition to the Gerber Tender Harvest organic baby food that has been in Walmart stores for several years. Parents Choice Organic Infant Formula will be the first organic baby formula available at a mass retailer.

These new offerings come thanks to a recent survey, commissioned by Walmart, that showed 60 percent of parents were interested in organic baby products, and that 74 percent of those parents would buy more organic baby products if they were more readily available.

I bought the parents choice baby wipes and when I use them, they leave a grainey substance and feeling on your hands. I was wondering why. I have used other wipes and did not have this feeling. I bought the 3 packet package and still have two left.

I purchased a three pack of onzies from Walmart one size bigger and after one wash they shrunk two sizes to small. I would not buy this brand name again.
