Baby / Toddler Drinking Cups Recalled
Friday February 18, 2005
CPSC and Charles Products are working together to recall more than 700 toddler drinking cups sold at the Maui Ocean Center in Wailuku Maui, Hawaii from June 2003 through September 2004 for about $10. The cups are clear plastic with a blue lid and have a liquid layer inside the cup where two toy dolphins appear to be swimming. Maui Ocean Center is printed on th side of the cups. Petroleum distillates can leak to the outside of the cup and be ingested, posing a poisoning hazard. Take the cups away from children and contact the company at (800) 242-7537.
